Lifeskills  - Aims to  encourage, inspire, support and coach individuals to use a practical approach in managing their health and is based on the principle that the body and mind are closely intertwined and an imbalance in one is reflected in the other. I share and teach clients, techniques from the “Lifeskills Toolbox™”. The "Lifeskills Toolbox" contains a combination of ancient Eastern and modern Western techniques which have proven effective in helping to:

• Reduce stress
• Combat fatigue
• Manage anxiety and depression
• Lower high blood pressure
• Ease digestive disorder

• Develop a healthy sleeping pattern                                                          
• Improve posture, suppleness and flexibility
• Reduce the risk of heart disease
• Ease pain and general discomfort
• Reframe negative thinking
• Improve clarity and focus
• Set and achieve goals
• Build self esteem
• Overcome fears

Lifeskills and stress management programmes are tailored to meet each individuals needs and may include some of my holistic therapies. The techniques prescribed from the "lifeskills toolbox" may vary from client to client and will include any number of the following techniques:

• Visualisation for relaxation and problem solving

Lifeskills is provided on a one-to-one basis, or in a group format and is open to the public, business and private sectors. This programme is inclusive of all ages, genders, abilities and nationalities. The programme requires a course of 4 sessions for maximum benefit.  Cost of individual sessions €50 (45 min), €80 (90 min). Contact me for details regarding group costs.
