Crystal Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient Chinese technique based on the principle that the hands, feet and ears contain reflex points that correspond to every organ, gland or part of the body. Massaging these points restores the flow of energy throughout the whole body and promotes health and well-being. These reflex points can be stimulated with the thumb and fingers or with a crystal wand. Using a crystal wand has the added benefit of incorporating the healing properties of crystals into the practice.

• Indian Head Massage 

The ancient form of head, neck, shoulder and face massage which has a profound affect on the whole body.  It is used to balance the nervous system and is excellent for relieving headaches and muscle tension.  €40 (55 min)

• Hopi Ear Candle

This treatment begins with a head massage followed by the use of Hopi ear candles, that when lit and placed in the ear gently draw out wax build up, without the damaging effects of syringing or chemical extraction,  followed by gentle face massage.  Used as meditative techniques by Native American tribes it is  a very relaxing treatment that helps to relieve sinus, headaches and ear related issues.  €40 includes Holistic Face Massage (50 min) €25  Ear Candling only.

Crystal Healing
